The team behind MilanSignSupply has been always passionate about handcraft. We first started as a local small business in a crafters neighborhood. Quite a lot of people there were in the business of t-shirts and stickers. They all had great ideas but as it turned out, it was hard for them to get the right materials to create their designs. At the same Etsy was becoming more and more popular among fellow crafters. These two combined made us open our Etsy shop back in 2016 and start selling our products.
What started as a small Etsy shop is now a preferred supplier of HTV and adhesive vinyl sheets around the globe. Our low prices, high quality products, variety of products and sizes and of course our never ending passion to help fellow crafters is what made us who we are now. We believe that supplies should be available to everyone wherever he/she is. That is why we decided to extend our Etsy shop with this easy to use website and expand our reach further.

We would hate to see you go but we understand there are circumstances which require that. If I have still not shipped your order, you can cancel it and receive full refund. If the order is already dispatched, you can decline it to the courier. After that I can issue a refund for the materials you have ordered.
Yes, of course! If you have ordered the wrong colors or you do not like the ones you have received, there is no problem to return them. We will only ask you to pay the shipping fees for the return and we will refund the amount you have paid for the materials.
If you have not received your package in the above mentioned time frame and there is no logic reason for the delay I will definitely compensate you for the trouble. 99% of my packages are delivered on time during normal conditions, however some are delayed due to a wrong postal schedule, wrong postal route etc. In such cases I will provide a full refund for the shipping fees.
We offer most of our sheets in 3 standard sizes – 10 x 8, 12 x 7.5 and 12 x 12 inches. We keep these sizes in stock and have availability to send them immediately. We can definitely offer custom sizes or rolls by the yard as well. The processing time for custom size would be 2-3 business days and there might be a minimum quantity requirement. We sell sheets only and unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs. Etsy is a great place to find someone who can cut a design for you and send it in a timely manner.
Yes, all of my products are suitable for Silhouette Cameo, Cricut and all other types of cutters. You will find the needed settings on the product pages.
